In Progress I can't log in to multiplayer anymore

Summary:
Here I tried to launch a skirmich in a group with friends. Since we couldn't find a game, I left the group.
The bannerlord planted .
And since then I can't log in anymore.

I can't login to multiplayer as well

Also got the same problem just now. Had a skirmish match, at the end the game did not end when the best players of the match were presented. Then I quit from the game, after that this message appeared:

Edit: Nothing seems to help, restarted the game couple of times, restarted steam but to no avail.

Okay after 15 mins it worked I could log in again, mysteries of bannerlord

Same every time I login on multiplayer my game blue screens
