I can't load modules?

I downloaded the unofficial M&B editor a time ago, and played a little with it, but I mostly just clicked on everything I saw. But now I want to start a more serious project (but dont expect anything people ) but now I got a problem. The program does not even load the item/people screens that were visible before.

I have version 704
