In Progress I cant lead sieges [ CLOSED ]

When I siege a castle or city my own or with my army, another ally army comes in then I cant decide to assault the city (after installation of siege camp) It says "You are not in command of this siege" while I can still control putting siege engines

AI doesnt attack even after destruction of walls

(I have debug mode console opened cheats=1 basically)
