Need More Info i can't launch the game

while i barely double click or play from the steam menu, my cursor takes the form of Bannelord II then 3 seconds after that comes off and the game does not launch. I tried to uninstall the game, reinstall it, change the versions, try the solutions on "crash checlist" nothing works.
I see some people have the same problem, is there a solution?

I solved part of the problem, I can launch the game directly from "Steam-steamapps-common-Mount and blade II Bannerlord-bin-Win64_shipping_client" and then open as administrator bannerlord application.
But the rest of the problem is that i try to do the same with taleworld launcher but that don't work, the problem come from the launcher.

that doesn't help the problem come from launcher but i managed to run the launcher thanks to a mod that fixes the amazing launcher, but now i have a crash report that says:

Graphics-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
Memory-16 GB RAM/ 1 TB HDD

Ran Benchmark for the game on the PC it should be able to run it.

Mate you have to download BUTRloader on nexus mod that resolved my problem, good luck
