Need More Info i can't get into multiplayer mode

Dün çok oyunculu mod sorunsuz bir şekilde epik oyunlar üzerinden oynuyorum ama şimdi tüm odalardaki sunucu listesine giremiyorum ve oyun modunu seçmeme rağmen oyunu bulamıyorum ve bunu anlıyorum hata "Sunucudan giriş sonucu alınamadı".

Yesterday the problem was solved even though I didn't do anything I was able to play a little bit but now the problem is repeating I don't know why I can't enter multiplayer mode again in any way right now im getting error ''couldn't receive login result from server''

Can you send me the contents of this file after reproducing this?
C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\logs\rgl_log_xxxxx.txt
ProgramData folder is hidden. You need Windows to allow viewing hidden folders.

I play the game through epic games I don't have a file called "logs" in my bannerlord folder

It is not the installation folder, it is under the ProgramData hidden folder.
