I playing Diplomacy ver 1.172
and i had ever knew that there are 2 book merchants.
Although i found 1 book merchant, but i cant find another book merchant.
even i searched whole cities, using cheat mode, this game has just 1 book merchant.
is this diplomacy mod's feature? or bug?
