I cant create armies

I've finished the banner series quest and I am up to the part where I am trying to stop rumours of a conspiracy. I took an imperial town and have my own faction where I can pass policies, etc. I have 3 companions in parties. When I click on create party it lets me move my companions that have full armies into my army but there's no "ok" button to complete the creation process. I can only press esc and get out of the menu. Is this working as intended and I'm missing something? Or is my game bugged?

On the bottom right of your screen (on the map) there is an icon with 3 flags. You can only access this if you are a Vassal or Ruler (not a mercenary) which requires you to be Clan Tier 2+ (to become a Vassal you must speak with your Kingdom Ruler and swear an oath). This brings up the Army Management menu. On the left you can click on Parties that are tan (dark brown means they are in another Army and orange means they are already in your Army) to add them to your Army on the right. You can add any Parties from your Clan for 0 influence, anyone in your Kingdom that is not in your Clan costs influence. When you are finished click Done at the bottom of the Army Management menu.

You can create Armies even without the Banner if you are a Vassal of another Kingdom.

Should be able to create an army as a merc company imo. I hope they add that. Whole point of being a merc company is not to join a kingdom or do the story quests.

I'm tier5 clan with my own kingdom. I have the 3 flags. I can select other parties and clans and it moves them over to the right panel. There's no "Ok" button to finalise the creation though. I can click on the little ribbon button at the bottom of the window but that just clears all my selections. My done button is missing. Sounds like I may be glitched.

Try starting a new Campaign (just grind to Tier 2 and join a random Kingdom as a Vassal). If that doesn't work then you might need to reinstall the game. Maybe there is a corrupted file.
