I can't activate game

I buy serial key...
Then I try activate game, it write: "Unable to connect to activation server! Please make sure that your internet connections is active and working properly and try again." (I'm use LAN-connection)
I can't use "Manual Activation" - http://act.taleworlds.com is not available

HELP PLS!!!
