Resolved I can only open the game through native.exe

Summary: Whenever i try to open the game through steam it crashes with the: "The application has faced a problem" thing. I have tried to do the clean install and remove all the mods. I have had this problem since aug. 2020. I have never found a solution.
I recently found that i could open it via native.exe. But i want to use mods so that is not a permenant solution.
How to Reproduce: Originally i tried to install a mod. I couldn't open the game after that.
Have you used cheats and if so which: idk
