Need More Info I bought the game and I can't activate my key

I bought the game in the current lunar new year promotion and I can't activate my key, it appears that I have no internet connection. I hope i get help here, cuz i really want to play.

now my game just open the start window, but dont appear the key activation window, this mean i already activate my game?

If you don't see any activation pop up window, yes that means activation is done. You can play the game.
