Recently I came across a bunch of mods that successfully combine Diplomacy, Freelancer, Custom Banners, Custom Troops, and other nifty features, which leads me to conclude that someone, somewhere combined these and made the resulting mod-sys publicly available for modders. Is this correct? If yes, may I have a link to it?
If not, may I have a link to a tutorial that can teach me to combine these?

Tocan's Calradia is available in the modsys and includes Diplomacy 4.3, Freelancer, and custom troops.  I don't recall the banners.  Anyway, it's a decent base to start from.  There is a glitch in the Landowner's and Moneylenders compatibility with Diplo 4.3 though.

Could you be more specific as to the nature of the glitch? Does the Landonwers+Moneylanders feature not work or something?

As far as I recall, that function will give you money in some other cities that you haven't bought land in.  There is a fixed Diplomacy module somewhere that deals with that issue but I don't recall whose work it is.

Btw, if I add the latest diplomacy to Tocans' Calradia, will it work?
