I am in a bit of a conundrum...
I am too poor to buy photoshop which has a .dds converter pack
There is no .dds conversion with GIMP
The DDS converter does not work with windows vista...
Help please, I need to continue my work on the Hobo mod Archevious and I are making.

Why would you have windows vista in the first place? Its either XP or 7.

Because my computer came with ****ing vista... I should sue microsoft to give me a free copy of windows 7 or xp for all the hardships vista has caused me...

Get Paint.net v3.1 it's a free download just google it. I'm not sure if the latest version of paint.net fully supports .dds but 3.1 does.
