I added 16 new factions, but these factions wouldn't use the troops I assigned to their culture

So I tried recreating the Independent Towns mod with Diplomacy and more troops trees. But these factions wouldn't the troops. I also wanna know how to recruit certain troops from a certain faction in the villages they initially hold. wELp

Make sure to follow that tutorial and focus on scripts which initialize some properties such as game_start.
