HyborianSteelV2 Issue-"Unable to open file: Commonres\horse_meshes.brf"

Hoping to get a little help from anyone... From what I see in the forums, this mod hasn't been discussed in a while but I'm hoping some can help me
I downloaded V2, but I'm getting an error when loading, "Unable to open file: Commonres\horse_meshes.brf"
I know I'm getting the error because I don't have that file, but I don't know why I'm missing it or where to get it.
Any help out there?

That is a native file, you got a problem with your base game.
Unrelated to the mod.

Edit: It's for .903, so there's your problem.
