What is the point of bumping a thread to answer a question which the person who asked it will no doubt have long since forgotten about?

I'm sure it's not normal practice to go trawling through threads which you may have missed in absence only to answer questions that have themselves become pointless.

I'm sure it isn't normal practice as you would say to post before reading which is what amion did, i don't care what time he posted it. It was still stupid.

Of course not, however it would be unlikely that any progress was made recently due to the date of the last post, seeing as the thread itself was over a month dead.
Posting in said thread does not constitute checking progress however.

You can look at as many threads as you want, dead or not, posting in them, unless bringing new information or actually asking for a progress update is a different matter entirely.

Hyborian warriors are always welcome here.  The two Hyborian Steel mods I released was an effort to provide a sense of immersion into Hyboria, and a place to hone online combat skills that many of us thought Age of Conan (AoC) would incorporate.  AoC is my home for now, filled with battle against living opponents, bloodsoaked fields, and laughter with friends.

Nostalgia will drive me to these forums every month or so, but until version 1.0 is released and successfully tested, I will not be active.  The future is unknown, but know that I appreciate the efforts of everyone who contributed to or supported this mod.  May Crom always be with you.

I hope someone sees this and can help...
I downloaded V2, but I'm getting an error when loading, "Unable to open file: Commonres\horse_meshes.brf"
I know I'm getting the error because I don't have that file, but I don't know why I'm missing it or where to get it.
Any help out there?

Heh, guys, I figured out who made this mod. It was actually a side project by a team member on the Age of Conan game. (http://conanvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Editorials.Detail&id=1)

Don't expect much support for it.

Again, this mod only works with a Mount&Blade version of .903.
