Gather round the fire brothers and sisters in arms, and join our chant, and in rythm ring the camp bells and alarms.
End of year is upon us, brave warriors, let us pause a moment, sheath our sword, reflect I say, on the lives we have taken, as we invoked under our breaths the name of Crom, our lord.
Through fire and brimstone we have struggled together against countless demons and our innermost fears, have faith, I say, for we are invincible as one, together, as prophesized by the seers.
Breath deeply, men and women in arms, and drink in the fullness of life, for we have prevailed and now live, as hardenned warriors, free to roam to take, or give life.
Onward we forge into the new year, proud of our past and who we are, "Hyboria Steel Forever" we chant as thunder, as we annihilate the enemy wide and far!

I'll definitely try it out, since I'm psyched for Age of Conan coming out in a couple months.

I am sorry for the release delay of Hyborian Steel. I have all the dialogue drafts, special messages, and revised outfits, some Pict painted faces, shields, horses, and draft map ready....need the pending update to the Bandit King engine though. That is what changes the gameplay to allow characters to temporarily join factions as Conan did so often in the tales, or if you prefer to conquer all the lands without joining any factions and be King. My mod will be released within a week or so of the Bandit King update.

Heh, I've just gotta say, I'm very impressed with what you're doing here. I know what its like to work on your first mod (i'm doing the same) especially when its an ambitious, total conversion. All the best to you, and I hope I speak for all of us when I say take your time on this mod, don't let it suffocate you, and keep working away. Great job man.

sounds awsome to me btw im new here 
looking for good mods tho i dont really do any mods by myself i do (after some one has already made a mod) download and fix what i dont like out of it so if you need item codes helped on i could do that but only the simple stuff such as weapon speed and power, im fairly new to modding but i love the mods you guys have all made so far i have downloaded most of the mods for .903 version of M&B

I am a huge fan of REH and his universe he created for Conan. I can't wait to play your mod, it's one of the main reasons I bought M&B.

Thank you for your patience over the recent multiple M&B version upgrades. I anticipate the release of this .903 mod in late February.
- Renamed factions and heroes
- Retexturing of horses, armor, shields, and banners
- Revised character dialogues
- Revised map terrain and location names
- Incorporation of Bandit King gameplay, to temporarily join a faction, or conquer Hyboria by joining no faction
Swiftly ride throughout Southern Hyboria, leaving bloodsoaked fields with vultures circling Stygian heads skewered on spikes. Through strength and courage you will become as unmovable as the volcanic mountains of old, and your violence fire forged from the lava pits of Valhalla itself!
