Hunt down raider and 5 segmented helmet quest

I got questions from two quest i'm doing right now,which seems to have bugs.

1) Hunt down raiders quest from rivacheg's lord that ask me to track down the raiders thats been attacking Curaww Village before they reach safety at their base city Veluca. I been running back and forth from Curaww to Veluca and no sign of these raiders. I even patrol around Veluca so many times, i killed over 100 steppe bandits (over 10 days now and still no sign of that raiders). Can anyone tell is this a bug?

2) Supply 5 segmented helmet quest from Vaegirs' King. I'm not sure what the king meant by segmented helmet. Does he mean any type of helmet ? I been visiting every smity i can find and no helmet named "segmented helmet", can anyone help me?

1: The radiers are a specific type... when you see them they are light blue text and it says 'village raiders' or some type... and they are kinda hard to catch i find... I have only caught them a few times... and if you miss them the quest might end up being stuck on your quest list instead of removing itself.

If you need to get rid of it, go and pay tribute to the other kings side, then return and you should have a clean slate.

2. There is a type of helmet called the segmented helment... I have noticed some types of armor and weapons dont show up until you have been playing for 30+ days... It might not have been discovered on an enemy yet... or in the shops.

Thank you i will try to find the segmented helmet i guesss, hmm i can find Vaegirs King at Rivacheg ...where can i find the king of Swadian?
