Hello all.

Recently downloaded the Hundred Years War modification and I must admit that it is a fantastic effort.

Don't want to add to the already posted coments regarding the backgrounds/font.

Is there a way I can change the font to say, Arial, or Times, or the default font? Or perhaps to Calson Antique or other fonts I have?
-The current font (old english I think it is) is near impossible to read. As mentioned the backgrounds make it even more difficult.

regards!

Delete comic_sans.tga, or delete dialogue_window.dds, inventory_window.dds, interface.dds and quests_window.dds in Modules/Hundred Years War 3.0/Textures.

Next time, post in the thread, instead of creating a new one.

keeping the font and getting back to the vanilla background improves readability and the font also do a lot for the ambient of the game.

IMO the font is just right. It is a pity the background makes everything so messy.

Goodness thank you so much!

Can't imagine how much I've been wanting to play it but had been rather disenchanted with how difficult it was to read some of the dialogues.

Honestly I recomend Caslon Antique. It is the same font that Games-Workshop uses for their Warhammer Fantasy rulebooks and such. Its readable similar to Arial, but has a cruddy/rustic look to it.

Cooked up that image so you can see an example. I got the picture from the Bretonnian images of Warhammer Fantasy.

I can email you the actual font if you'd like.
regards!

that doesnt work, it just makes it black out the loading bar, hot bar and every other interface, but text is still there and unreadable.
