i will start with mine;

I am lord of teutonic order. lord of 2 town, 1 castle (i built it!), 1 villige and my manor ( i have done nearly all upgrades).
We are fighting with Duchies of Poland, Kingdom of Lithuania ;  just make truce wit Kingdom of Sweden & Golden horde.

Poland alredy lost 2 castle, Lithunania 2 town (one taken by golden horde from us).
My faction lords looting other villiges and patroling around. they are good at declaring war but bad at besige other castles.

At my towns 800 man (each) garnisoned heavly tier 1 & 2. castle 300 man. and my army usually 25 knight, 20 companion ( most have str 12-16 with good armour), other 80 man mixed with tier -1-2-3 cav. i do not use archers or footman of any kind. Knights have best armor good for castle and field battles. i have around 80 right to rule 110 honour and 1000 reown.

Beside my fiefs, my income come from mostly ransoms. i am hunting enmy lords by patroling around and helping my factions lords. also i start to loot other villiges as well. I can support my army with my fief income and with extra gold i am upgrading my manor still i am discovering it.

i am planing to be king but i get use to my knightly army. if get rebel with my cities i cant recruit teutonic knights anymore. so i will wait for other oppurtunities at the moment.

I am lord of Velika Zupanija Raška,i have village Srbovac and army of 128 people. We were at war with Republica of Venezia,we took their castle Spalato,then we made a peace. Now we are at war with Sancti Petri and we already took Rome,now i am going to try and took other castle,for myself.

My current char is Herzog Leberecht zu Olmütz, lvl. 36, he started out in Prag and then joined the HRE after being a mercenary for many months and many different factions. He is the lord of Olmütz, Olmütz castle and Wroclaw (and some fortress in Lithuania which name I forgot; was conquered by crusaders from HRE and I automatically got it as my fief) and the Marshal of the Sacrum Imperium Romanum. He is married to Lady Merisal (I think that's her name) who is the sister of some HRE bishop whos name I also forgot - as you can see I'm not so into family matters, just quickly getting the marriage thing behind me so that I have somebody to buy bread for me . Currently we are at war with the Duchies of Poland and I am leading the campaign. I have just recently lead 1200 of my men into battle against around 1000 enemies and we won. The next step will be to either conquer Poznan or Glogow.

My army composition looks like this: 14 companions (between lvl. 27 and 30 by now) as heavy knights and officers, 40 man-at-arms, 20 vet. spearmen, 20 vet. guisarmers, 20 miles pro communitas and 40 sagittarius masnadieri (because they are way better archers than their Middle European counterparts). My garrisons consists mostly of tier II people, preferrably a couple of hundreds of laculatores de retrobannum as they are really cheap with a leadership skill of 8 and at least 100 herdmadurs/paulreyndur hermadurs for a town and 50 of them for castles. Additionally I have some local towns militia crossbowmen and swordmen, around 100 of each of them for my town, and roughly 100 tier III people as replacements and for faster upgrading to tier IV after losing people in battle (30 tier III spearmen, 30 tier III swordmen, 30 tier III archers). And not to forget around 100 gesturs for towns and/or castles, together with the same amount of tier II guisarmers and a couple of hundreds of recruits which means tier I people from the surrounding towns and villages.

I have completely upgraded my fortified manor and am getting most of my money by selling loot, prisoners from battles and goods from my fortified manor as well as some local trading of salt/iron/tools and sometimes the not-so-local furs from Galicia/Lithuania - and tournaments. I now have approximately 250,000 dinars in my pocket and about 100,000 in my treasuries. Under no circumstances do I want to be the king, I just enjoy leading campaigns, beating the enemy (nowadays, I never extinguish any faction anymore, just hit them hard) and watching the factions further develop in their own ways and strategies. Most of the time I am just travelling around with my companions (trading), if not on campaign, either helping my fellow lords in battle or just looking for enemy lord parties at ~100 men who we will then engage by letting them engage us first. I have around 1400 renown, 130 honour and 24 right to rule.
