How you picked your MP nickname

I got the name Cheezeninja using these 3 steps.

1. I am addicted to cheese

2. I used to be addicted to a tv show about ninjas. (Lego Ninjago. If you know this show then I love you)

3. I decided to be edgy like cereal companies and spell words wrong. Hence the Z in cheeze

When I started mercing for wappaw, ts was confusing with two cheeses. That is when I decided to be more specific with my cheese and switch it up a lot.
              EX: FontinaNinja, RicottaNinja, CheddarNinja, SwissNinja, RomanoNinja, and PepperjackNinja.

That's it.

What? My name? You want to know about my name? Well maybe not. Here is the very unimpressive story behind this name (that nobody can spell correctly, and that is a prompt for every vagina joke in history)

Once upon a time, I was 10 years old and I started playing Rome Total War. I watched Prince of Macedon's Medieval 2 Total War videos, and I was very impressed by the purple viking mercenaries I saw there. AKA the Varangian Guard. So, my Xfire nickname (yes that's what we used back then, I know ancient times) became guard_of_varangian. You can see that I was way too young to actually understand what it meant, but it sounded cool to me. Later on, the name started to feel too clunky. So I shortened it to Varangian.

I also use some other nicknames, like Suspicious_Farmer. That one was inspired by a TW user called Suspicious Pilgrim, and by my fondness of ninjas (disguised as farmers). It used to be my favourite pastime in the cRPG mod, being an innocent-looking but deadly farmer that is.

I have a long history of names stretching across multiple M&B titles. At first, when I played WF&S, my name was Crazypenguins because reasons. When I started playing Warband and Mount and Musket/Napoleonic Wars, I favored my regular name, Matthew. For a long time, that was my in-game name. However, when Ordyn decided to create the abomination that was LoC, I decided to put my name's fate in the hands of a random name generator, which returned the name Verald to me. After LoC blew up, and I joined TR/rN, I returned to Matthew, all the way through the failed abortion that was CB. My current name, MattyIce, has a long, storied past.

During 6th grade, which was like last year for me, I used to play rec basketball. The league always had multiple teams from the same school. And, since my name is Matthew, whenever I went up for a shot against one of those teams, they would chant MattyIce because I'm so raw at basketball, and I hit every shot. Just kidding I was trash, but the name was pretty dank. Asides from that incident though, I never used the name MattyIce, I preferred either my own name, or a random one. Quite recently though, just before OE formed, Arys called me MattyIce out of the blue. This was odd, considering he lives on the complete opposite coast as me, and knows nothing about my days as a professional rec basketball player. So that was when I knew that MattyIce was my one true name.

Thought it was cool so I used it some years later in Warband.
I didn't even know about the Razer brand at that time 
I dont know what's worse tho', stealing it from someone or calling yourself after some absolute nerd brand.

Yeah BoW came around at the end of the game. Taco and Goalie and some other dudes made it from the clan I was in before, but I can't remember the name.

Back in 2010, i finally got my mum to buy me this game (i was 10 back then). I came from school and just sit down in front of TV and watched some of my fav. movies... Then mum came back from job and called me, that she got surprise for me :p
Yeah, she had in hands my favourite game of all time. So i installed it and played a little while. After like 2h of SP, i decided to play Multiplayer. Created character named "vojtik" (as my first name is "Vojtech") and started on some siege server (back then, i really liked siege a lot.) Not sure what server it was but i think it was ZHG one.
So yeah.. i played for some time and after like 2 weeks, i finally met Slovak player on ZHG, his name was Janncou (now known as Johny Slovak or Slovak DenvelopE, Founder of Bannerlord fan group). We played with each other almost every day and after some time he acquainted me with some MW players... After like half year, he created clan called CB and had some good players like Kore and Peterman in it. I joined them and had good fun with them for some time. Unfortunately, CB folded because Johny went away for some time and Peterman (Co-Leader) did not know about anything...
So. There comes my first name change and i changed my name to "Will", this was pretty long time name and i played with it a lot. Then some Czech player added me on Steam and said, that i should change my name, because he had it first... we argued, but i retreated and changed it to Eduard... and this is where i end (or not?).

Actually i changed my name once more to "Kvothe" and i am using it on NW and sometimes on Native. This name comes from book series called Chronicles of Kingkiller and so far, it's my most favourite book of all time. - but as i said, i do not use this name often and you can see me in games as "Eduard"
Half of the names come from books... Will was form Ranger's Apprentice by John Flanagan (very popular in Australia) and 2nd as i said, in Chronicles of Kingkiller by Patrick Rothfuss

I realized that it was a stupid idea and that we didn't know nearly enough to make a clan or be marginally successful. So I just took the name Troubadour because the idea of some travelling musician pulling out a sword and killing a bunch of people sounded funny to me
