How would i go about adding in a unit to be recruited at a cathredral?

I want to add in a new line of units (using the troop editor 1.5 or what ev it is)

but i dont want to make them just common units, its a Royal guard line (people to defend the monarch) so i want to make them available at the buildings like cathredrals (elite unit buildings)

how would i go about doing this?

is it worth trying?

or if its easier, i will end up adding them onto the current unit trees (and it would have to be much easier, as i dont want some random non-monarch / someone in high power lord to end up with royal guardsmen lol
