HOW TO WIN A CIVIL WAR? lol

Been playing this game for years and since the latest versions bring up the civil war concept i can't figure out how to finish one.

I conquered all the damn nord towns and castles, far-seeker still tells me "we have a even chance of winning the war".

Dude we already won. wtf? lol funny but annoying.

There are probably still a few lords running around. You'll have to defeat them all.

Either lords or also possibly caravans or village farmers, though the latter two will disappear after some time once their travels are done.

When you see the lords, cast empathy, visions of regret and then use blackout.

If you can't seem to find the remaining Nord lords, try to figure out where they might hide.  Visit lands of factions that the Nords were at peace with and dump most of your army to increase your speed.  Take a small force for max speed and just run around looking for them.

Or turn on cheats and use true sight, if you're really fed up with playing hide and seek.
