On this topic, we would like to clarify and explain how to use the Crash Upload and how to send us your save file in case we need them.
How to use the Crash Uploader
As you may know, we have a built-in crash uploader system that collects certain files and sends them directly to our database. With this, we are able to find and debug most of the crashes. Please note that if you don't upload your crash files we can't debug the crashes.
1) If you were unfortunate to experience a crash, you will see this pop-up window. You need to click the "Yes" button to start the upload. (It might be opened but can be hidden behind the game window so please check your open applications!)
2) After clicking "Yes" you will see this window. Please include details on the description field and click "Send". This stage can last for a few minutes.
3) After the upload is successfully completed you will see this window. Please note that to be able to check your crash dumps manually we need the identifier of that crash upload. You will see it at this stage. It will be copied to your clipboard automatically.

How to send Save Files
Most of the time we will need your save files to reproduce the issue you are facing. Due to the nature of our game, almost every gameplay is different. Because of this, it would take us a lot of time to reproduce the issue you are facing by ourselves. Using your save file helps us save time by a lot.

We have updated our upload site to a ticket system embedded on our website. Now you can send us tickets with files we need through the system. You can log in with your forum account to create a ticket. After you logged in, click on your name on the top right and click on "My Open Tickets" afterward. You can create a ticket through that page. Please try to include the forum threads URL as well as any other information that you can think that help us.
