How to use python to add items?

I read the tutorial and I still have no clue on what to do. I already added some weapons at the Indo-Persian OSP pack to the base game. But there are still 300+ items to add and I don't want to spend the week editing all of that. The best thing that I can do is hope for an items_kinds1 on the OSP or just manually do it on the items_kinds1 or the morghseditor. Sorry If my question is a little dumb I'm pretty quite new to python and modding in general.

Have you managed to setup your module system succesfully? That would be the starting point when you work with the py-files.

Which tutorial did you make use of and at which point are you stuck? Adding 300+ items does always take time if no prepared module_items.py or items_kinds1.txt are given. There is not really a short way around it.

There is no advice we can give you other than taking your time to learn stuff. Everything is in tutorials, just follow them.
