when i am trying to run "Map Editor", there is error like this

There's this program by Lumos for simplifying the task of launching the now outdated Thorgrim's editor with newer versions of the game.
It also let's you to change some configuration variables as the path of the game.

thanks but it is for 1.011 - have you map editor  for 1.43?

The editor is for 1.011, MapManager makes it compatible with Warband.
Just follow the instructions, there in his thread.

There are some Map Editors/Viewers for Warband, mine included, but they're all in early stages of development and hence with limited functionality.
