How to tweak Tax inefficiency?

with TweakMB not working with Diplomacy, i was wondering how i can manually tweak the Tax inefficiency. It just penalizes me for being well, successful. I am finding i am refusing fiefs from the King simply because i cannot control that aspect.

you can control it a bit when you are king yourself with the domestic policies. But just because of the domestic policies, the tax inneficiency has been adjusted, making it impossible to adjust with tweak mb.

hint: get some investing done in ironworks and dye works.
(i suggest ironworks in curaw dhirim and ahmerad. they bring between 500 to 700 each week.)
