Need More Info how to turn safe mode off

my game crashed recently and suggested safe mode. after turning it on my game ran poorly with awful graphics.
even turning my graphics up in options didnt correct the low resolution it now displayed,
i verified file integrity. i uninstalled and reinstalled, i dont know what else to try

honestly i just want to know how to stop it from booting up in "safe mode" and its really frustrating. cant even play anymore.:\

The safe mode is not a permanent config. It sets the config to Very Low for one time and it is useful for cases where the game does not even start because of a wrong config value. To alter it back, you need to change the appropriate config values to the old values you used to use. The low resolution's reason can be either a low "Screen Resolution" or "Resolution Scale" value. Can you check both? Hope this fixes your problem.
