How to trade for begginers/noobs

i just wated to know how to trade on V3 but i could not find any posts on how too do it. please can people post instructions on how to trade in the game so me and others who want to know can learn

Grr, before I decided how to make my guide topic... anyways, you have to go civilian, then buy the trader's daybook, you can now get and sell goods.

Also, note that you have to buy the daybook at the equipment screen, it's not a spawn-able item.
