How to set up a server with Hamachi?

Is this possible? I tried hosting a server with Hamachi, but a friend of mine couldn't join because of the "incorrect authorization key" problem.

HE OWNS THE GAME ON STEAM ...so no piracy issues here.

Can anyone help me with this, if it's possible?

Why you need a lan game? Just host a game online and put a password on it if you want no one interfere.

Are you sure that can be done? My friend tried hosting, and apparently no one can join without the dedicated server files. Alright. He got dedi server files, but apparently, all free slots have been taken, and opening new ones costs money.

Well, I can not confirm for With fire & sword but I could be able to host games in Warband. However it needs to open UDP 7241 port in your router.
