How to manage kingdom's other clans' members equipments?

It bugs me so much I can't manage my kingdom's other clans' equipments.
My kingdom isn't Sturgian or Empire etc., It has a unique culture and looks. But other clans in my kingdom... I can't make them look anything like my own clan.

Does anyone know a mod for version 1.8.1 (or later) to overcome this clan barrier?
Life in Calradia mod used to have it, but in game versions I've played, it always resulted in crash. Now in the newest version you can only manage your own clan's members, when they are in your party, equipment.

My Little Warband I had a conflict in 1.8.1, don't know which one, so I didn't use it.
But managing lords' equipments are enough for me, didn't even think one could change troops equipments. I am using Custom Troop mod, which gives troops tree editing.

Character Reload Fix for 1.7.X - 1.9.0 was exactly what I needed! Thanks. This should really be a game feature I think. If this mod ever stops working, it will be a big loss for me.
