How to make a horn?

The question is how? I have made a horn sound but I dont know how to add it to the sound file. Namely the text file.

Im not sure you can add new sounds yet , you probably can but i dunno how.

Probably some random line in some random txt file you need to change or add

Then I just have to wait for a solution.
