How to install "More Metal Sounds" ?

I'm kind of new and I would like to know how to install the "More Metal Sounds", I have the mods I want with it, I just don't know how to install it. Every time I try to, it kills all my sounds except the music. I've tried to follow the instructions that he provides, but every time I do it, it turns out the same. Hope someone can help me. Thanks.

If you used the search function you'd find an even more detailed guide (with pictures), but it'll be too much to ask for you to find it yourself.

You say it kills all sounds except music. That doesn't sound good 
So you've put the sound files in the sound folder, replaced the sounds.txt file and then added:

scan_module_sounds = 1

to the module.ini ?

That shouldn't kill anything...
