Hey guys, how to increase the number of our party? Is it needed to level up our character, first?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey man, you need to get your leadership skill up to 25, which is easy, and then you'll be able to have 50+ men in your retinue. Other things gives a bonus, such as clan level, renown, some perks/skills, but otherwise leadership and social points are the way to go.

the best way in the long run is actually skilling trade up. there is a skill that gives you 1 renown per day for every caravan you own, or alternativly one renown per workshop, if you don't like caravans. that stacks up extremely fast.

Increasing Party Size:
Skills and Perks:
Increasing your Stewardship increases max party size at a 4:1 ratio, 100 points will net you +25 max party size as long as you are the Quartermaster.

Steward Perks:
Bannerlord - +2 to party size for each fief the player owns.
Swords As Tribute - +10 to party size for every vassal.
Man-At-Arms - +5 to party size for each fief the player owns.

Level 75 Riding perk [Squires] gives +2 max party size, stacks with other companions who have this perk.

A few other perks but most of them are for level 200+ in skills

Clan/Kingdom Modifiers:
+15 max party size for each clan level

If you rule a kingdom the Royal Guard policy will give +80 max party size to the ruler as well as some other nice benefits.

The kingdom policy Noble Retinues will grant Tier 4+ clans within the kingdom +1 influence per day and the party size of their leaders is increased by +50.

You can visit taverns in cities. On the worldmap you can see if theres people in there, they would be listed in the top when selecting the tavern

Hello again!

But how to find taverns? I have already placed the mouse cursor over several cities, and was not able to find any tavern.

Every city has a tavern. Its in the list when you visit them.

If you arent seeing them you are probably looking at villages. Cities are the bigger ones, the ones with walls, just to be clear.
