How to import Warband action&moves into 1.011 mods

I really love all those mods made for 1.011, yet i can no longer stand for the awkward movement anymore  

How do I actually do it? Or is there any 1.011 mods currently using Warband actions?

I know its doable, since Custom Commander 1.20 incorporated Warband actions yet removed them in its later versions....
