How to give units 15 in skills?

I have already used Tweak MB to raise the cap of skills to 15 and it works for my character(weapon master works really weird though). However, when I go into Morgh's editor to change troops skills to above 10 it refuses to do so. What happens is that it changes 12 into 2 or 13 into 3 after you press save changes(deleting the first number). Is there another way of editing units skills or is there something I'm not doing right in Morgh's Editor. Thanks for any replies.

Edit: Found some help on the Perisno discord server and was told that you need to use letters past 10 such as B = 11, C = 12, etc.
