Please gimme a simple way to do this

Find some bandits of some sort that have some peasant women as prisoners.

Defeat the bandits and recruit the peasant women into your party.

Train'em up!

If you mean to get a sword sister as a hero who can't die, then you'd have to mod that (Can you change that? I don't even know). If that is the case asking here could get you a more helpful response.

If you just mean as soldiers, find some peasant women to recruit then train them up.

Edit: gwharris, beat me to it.

There isn't really an easy way.

1: Find a party that have peasant women as prisoners. Train them up to be sword sisters.
2: Attack farmer groups and take the peasant women prisoner. Hire them, and train them.
3: Get the troop editor (https://www.mbrepository.com/file.php?cid=3&id=709), and change some kind of troop line so you can level up units into sword sisters.

Equip a blunt weapon (like a mace) and go fight peasants who travel in the map.
Take all Woman Peasant as prisoners, then use "camp" option, take an action and select "ask prisoners to join your army" (you can do it once a day). If some woman agree (and doesn't flee during night) you have a potential sword sister. Go to a training camp and bop her 'til she become a Swoed sister.

Vilhjalmr's no fail plan for getting sword sisters in large numbers:

1. Buy yourself a big goddamn mace, preferably with some cruel looking studs or spikes.
2. Go for a walk in a village with about fifteen nasty mercenary-types.
3. Kill every guy you see with something sharp and painful.
4. Find the peasant women and bash them over the head with your mace.
5. Take them prisoner in burlap sacks, or just throw them over your shoulder if you're on a tight budget.
6. Drag them around with you and try to recruit them into your party. If they refuse, go to step 6a, if not proceed to step seven.
6a. Put them in the tents of your mercenary soldiers, then try again a few days later.
7. Train them up into Sword Sisters.

There you go. Never fails.

EDIT: Damn it Kordian, you beat me to it.
Hang on, im going to get a pen and paper....

There's just one problem. If you drag them around they might escape. And then, no swordsisters for you.

If you own a castle you can garrison the recruited women one day, pick them up again and they will not run, this apply for all recruited prisoners.
One small bug in the game,  if you recruit any group from prisoners, garrison them and later the day get more of the same unit type from another castle, recruit, rescue and probably upgrade, some of this might desert during the night.

If you level them before nightfall, they won't run away. ( at least on the earlier releases)  Recruit prisoners at dawn, then go pick fights all day, or beat on them at the training ground until they level.

I noticed that in earlier releases the steppe bandits frequently had farmers and peasant women as prisoners. I would rescue the women and have an entire army of Sword Sisters. The last few releases it seems bandits rarely have peasants. I miss my Sisters.  They don't yell in my ear at every victory.

Except when you loot and burn a village you're never allowed to take them prisoner, even if you knocked 50 of them unconscious with their own club just for fun. You're forced to get minus relations with villages and cities if you want sword sisters. However, I'd go get the troop editor and assign all raiders and bandit parties 1-3 peasant women prisoners. After all, like the mountain bandits say, "Stand and deliver!" Or was it forest bandits and their "We'll have our way or we'll have our fun!"

First off I like to put all prisoners that I want into my dungeon for a couple of weeks to soften them up. About 2 weeks on bread and water and they become much more compliant.

Then pull them back into your party list, make SURE you have enough room for them in your party if they accept.
Camp, see if they accept, if they do back into the castle for a few days for basic indoctrination. (keeps them from running) Then start leveling them up.

If they don't accept, then go to see ramun and sell those losers!

TPAR (the peasants are revolting) mod has LOTS of large partys running around, ussually about 1/3 of them are peasant females.
(yes its .960 btw)
It would actually be a very good choice for a female character, and for raising that sword sister army you always wanted.
All KINDS of ways you could play that scenario.

(is off to start a new game with his first female character)

Personally I don't rate Sword Sisters very high. They wear plate armour, but still die too easily. Maybe because they ride weak-ass coursers? I often see them without helmets, too. What's that all about? Don't want to get "hat hair" is my guess.

Huscarls FTW

It is nice that they carry crossbows, though. Plate-wearing ranged troops are nice for sieges, which is why all of my 8 companions wear full plate and carry either siege crossbow or warbow.

Me neither. 10 swandian knights can easily bet 10 swordsisters and they are 100 times easier to get. Why do anyone want to get swordsisters anyway?
