Currently in the captain landscape there are factions and units that are considerably worse than they should be.

First of all, Battania is terrible when it come to well coordinated teams playing each other. Their current round win rate compiled by Brandis (in captainleague.com play) is only 21%. The second lowest round win rate is Khuzait at 43.42%. Battania currently has the worst cavalry and second/third worst infantry. The way to give Battania a boost in my opinion would be to increase wildling numbers by 2 or 3 and slightly increasing their movement speed. This would not only give Battania a unit to be excited about, but also make it so that there is a skirmisher unit that is good in captain. By making this change Battania will have a different play style like Khuzait does now (horse archers making that difference).

Adding on to making wildlings better would be to increase some other skirmisher classes also. The Aserai skirmishers could use a increase of 3 units, hopefully making them usable in captain. This would give Aserai another meta to use. Lastly, giving Brigands another 2 units would be good. Ever since berserkers were nerfed the warriors with improved armor and two handed axes have taken over as the main unit for Sturgia. The main Sturgian meta is now to rush in as soon as possible but giving brigands a boost could give an interesting wildcard strategy.
