how to equip items to party members?

i think the title says it all, how do u equip ur party members with the weapon/armor?

Go to world map view, go to party screen (default 'p' key), click on Marnid or Borcha, hit 'talk', and 'I have a few items that I no longer need...."

I do believe there is a mod that will let you equip all of your dudes at once. If you really wanted to do it.

Hmm, which one has better items/skills:
Swe's highest FOOT/MELEEfighters or Vag highest FOOT/MELEEfighters
and
Swe's highest Archers or Vag's highest archers?
