How to enter into the tavern?

Hi!
I cannot find the tavern anymore... Am I too drunk?

I also see twice the harbor: two harbors and no tavern.

As far as I'm concerned, they completely scrapped town scenes. Not entirely sure if tavern scenes counts as that, but they may.

There are no tavern as of now...
You can click on the "Inn" button in town screen just to rest there.

Taverns ARE included in the release.

Just click on a tavern and choose to get inside.
