How to edit character body and outfits

Hey guys Im completely new to modding wanted to edit my character a little. How would I be able to give him bigger muscles and just generally make him look bigger?

Downloaded the BRF opener and I have blender.

Any help is greatly appreciated thanks.

Openbrf is good to have, so you can easily import and export obj files. The best way for you to progress would be to export the current human male model and alter it to your likings via Blender and import it again. If you don't change the UV-map, you don't even need to retexture it ^^

Throwing him into the wild link collection is not helpful at the beginning when he first needs to catch up with the basics
