How to download latest update??

Ok I currently have Wabrand on steam. My current steam version is 1110, and Im aware that an update is available (Ver 1132), so I downloaded it, but I couldnt install the patch because it said I didnt have Warband installed, and that I should get the installer. Well I already have it on steam.

What should I do?

You can't update Warband with retail-patches though. That being said, Steam has the latest updated build on their servers. Have you tried verifying the integrity of your game cache through the client and see if it updates? Also make sure that auto-update for the game is turned on.

I check the steam update list and the latest they have is 4th of October..
I do have auto update on and I checked the integrity.

The thing is, when the launcher pops up, It displays the latest patch version. But when I come to download a mod, a warning message pops up saying that "this mod requires ver 1132" and that my Warband version is "1110"

Any advises?

Steam is, and allways has been, Slow.

I remeber once, with a update, Steam was a month slow.

Just download the latest full version from Taleworlds, it should work without the need to enter your serial.
If however it does ask for a serial, get it from Steam;

This dont work atm i bought mine from steam get up a 5x5 CD key. but i need a 4x4 key on M&B

Steam has ran out of cd keys but still selling the game. i dont see why they do it but they really **** things up (sorry for Swearing on the forums)

TW and Steam shud contact eachother to get this problem solved asap tbh

Steam has ran out of keys from taleworld Means that they give you a 5x5 key for some reason. but you need a 4x4
