How to correctly install a patch?

Iv downloaded the new Expanded gameplay 3 mod and it has a patch out now

Which path do i want to istall it in


1.C:\Program Files\Mount&Blade\Modules
or
2. C:\Program Files\Mount&Blade\Modules\Expanded Gameplay III v0.94

BTW The download link says EG3 is v0.94, but the author states that small updates will be released as patches, the latest patch is v0.94, so do all i need to do is keep my new downloaded version, or should i get the patch to?

if it's a patch for EG3 then you'll probably have to put it in C:\Program Files\Mount&Blade\Modules\Expanded Gameplay III v0.94

Perhaps the best possible way to attain the answer is to ask people in that forum? The people who respond there will likely play EGIII and know about the patch, those that respond here most likely will not.

This does indeed belong in the mod subforum, but all of the mod patches go into their module folder, not in the main MnB one.
