Found this in the forge. I love the search feature. Use notepad++ to find all occurrences of it and replace them all. A lot faster than manually doing it (there are 19 occurrences of it)

You could also try to do .txt editing and change it.
That list of 4 items corresponds with the following list of 4 numbers in mission_templates.txt:
Change those numbers, each time you see them like that in the file, to the item IDs of the 4 items you want. (The easiest way to find out item ID#s is by opening up the items file in Morgh's Tools.)159 158 25 541[THIS IS WRONG FOR PoP! The correct item numbers are these : 139 138 25 463]
Be sure to make a copy of your mission_templates.txt before editing it.
But all of this won't change the frequency of being spotted (that is governed in module_game_menus in the module system, which compiles to menus.txt). TweakMB might have a tweak for that, but I don't recall off hand.

Use TweakMB for text hacks. If doesn't exist (I don't know because I haven't ever used it) ask for it in the thread.
If you're still wanting to get them, and only if you're creative and risky enough, you can embark looking for new adventures with the help of the famous Module System (or as I call it, msys to short)
