How to build churches/temples?

So I've been trying out this mod but I cannot find any information about this anywhere. How do I build a church/temple to convert a region? I've found a lot of sources on how to convert saying you need to build a church/temple but so far none about how to build them, so I decided to ask directly in the forums. Is it an option you have in cities/villages? Or is it in the world map/camp?

It's an option when you own a fief. Visit the fief and you get a menu option listing what you can build there.
I made the churches cheaper and more quick-acting in Reworked.
