as the title says i want to ban a noname player.is there any mods that can do this?i am plaing on a public server when a noname come and just teamkill and open gates etc.the server is not mine so i want just to submit the poll against the noname.

Not sure what you mean by noname, but if his/her name is "blank", then maybe you can still click on the area where there name "would" be, by going to Submit a Poll -> Ban a player -> Click on the empty space where there name would be...there's only so much empty space so somewhere in there should be the blank line for the persons's name, right?

a noname character have blank name how you say but there are no charaters in his name(no spaces)so you can't click on it

this is when someone has hex edited there name to give themselves a blank space which only displays their ping and score. The only way to ban these people is to use a ban hammer or more practically go to your server logs find when they joined the server and get their game ID code then enter that into your servers ban logs manually.
Since the sever is not yours you must notify the primary server admin who has access to the servers control panel so they can ban this person for you.

even from there you can't ban him because again you must to click on the name

I found out that I couldn't ban him so I spawned a banhammer, wanted to run over to the guy but he left the server before I reached him.
Since not every admin can access the ban logs not everyone can put them on the ban list manually.
Even though these players are rare, the way I do it, is using a banhammer

@OP, it may be necessary for the server admin to go into the ban list text file and actually ban the person by their unique ID which they should be able to see int he logs when the no-name person logs in.

that because his name had a space " " so there was a character that you can click it.
Well you can't make your name completely empty. There needs to be at least one character, and usually it's just one space.

They aren't contradicting statements. The first post says that he wants to ban a player who has no name, and he can't seem to do that in native. The second post confirms the fact that it is possible to make a character with no name, but has nothing to do with the possibility of banning one, particularly when you're not an admin.
Also, I'd love to see how you can make a no character player and actually join servers. Pretty sure it doesn't work. Go ahead and PM me dragon.

Hmph. Well after deciphering and following your instructions, and testing the character ingame, my character very cleary has a name, full of visable characters. And I don't intend to download the files randomly onto my computer, so I can only assume you're mistaken and that there is an empty character in place of the player's name.

Ah. Apparently you have to delete all of your characters to do it. Considering I just made like 12 new characters, that's not happening :/

If you are fine with creating the mod yourself, you could just add a one character string and catenate it in front of playernames in the player list. That way you will always have a character to click on.
I am myself able to create a zero character nick too and I would like to see if you have managed to create the real zero character nick (which is possible, but requires more nickhaxing skills) or just zero drawable characters, so I would like to get the pm too.
