How to assign a banner to a lord, if i change of faction?

Well, sorry for my english, i speak spanish so... 

ok, i move a lord to other faction using the module troops, but in the change, this lord start with other banner, my question is how assign a banner to the lord changed? taking into account that there are 20 banners per faction, so with this lord the total is 21 lords
