How to Add attachments, images to posts very noobish question i know

I'm trying to show some images off of my computer but there are not options i see for attachments and the insert image, insert spoiler dont allow me to copy/past images or browse from my computer, im a bit lost

Use an image host. It's a separate website that host pictures and gives you the link to them for you to use.

Here are 3 quality image hosts:
http://www.imageshack.us
http://www.photobucket.com
http://www.tinypic.com

Once you upload your picture, they'll give you a link which you have to put between

tags. Just press the mona lisa button on the left of your tool bar, and paste your link between the tags.

Yea, I was looking on their Help section and all the links, even for images are from an online source, so I figured I needed something like photobucket
