As topic, install it to module/ne/texture, or mnb directory/texture, can I use a subfolder to store all the files for easier management?

o, tyvm for the link. Should I install the texture pack then? Do those wicked-looking helmet really exist in NE mod?

Sorry if I'm being a bit dense, but I'm still confused as to how to apply the texture pack even after reading the attached link.  I read the link as saying that you could copy the files directly into NE directory not keeping folder structure in the zipped file or you could copy keeping the file structure, it all depends on how the mod writer used them.  Now, maybe I'm just totally misreading this.  But could someone elaborate please.

Septa provided the texture files for modders to use with existing native meshes. Meaning they could copy old models and apply new textures to them to create "new" items.

For not-exactly-modders, you can use it to replace textures of "old" native items. In the link above, one page before that I explained how the textures can be used to replaced native textures. Generally speaking you just have to figure out which of the new texture files correspond to which native textures and rename the new texture files so that it's the same name as its counterpart in the native's textures folder. Then you dump those new renamed textures into your mod's textures folder.

If you have some basic experience in modding you could try to create new items using those textures rather than just replacing textures for old items.
