many units don't have his faction armor

You cant, if you realy whant an orders troops you wold have to free them from captivity when you beat an enemy lord. Atleast thats the only way ive seen be possible.
They might be putting in a quest in the future(but will probably be a long time) so you can recrute a cuple of curupt templars.
