The bannerlord community is an interesting mix of people who like history, roleplaying, fantasy, arcade action, civilization simulation and more, but also MANY people in this community have been playing Warband for years. I started playing Warband maybe 7 years ago, and but I was already a 26 year old. I feel like the game caters to people of all ages so I wanted to see the age range on this forum.

I'm 34.

Greetings 34 & 19,

I'm 24,
I'm curious to know the field of study / career path, are any of you historians?
As a palaeontologist, the history I work with has, sadly, nothing to do with the Middle Ages.

Hello

22 here, been studying plate armor since I was a kid. And now I do 3D stuff, maybe even some bannerlord projects..

I'm 25. M&B is pretty much the game series I've played for the longest duration throughout my life. MP prolonged that infinitely.
I am 52. It took me a while to decide if I wanted to reveal that or not.
I believe it's better to reveal than remain silent if you're older. Elders can often become role-models or of guidance for youth in communities, but then again I've seen a share of unhealthy older individuals seeking comfort among kids rather than psychiatrists. It's all about that responsibility.

Social science, but I've thought about changing path into art studies.

33 here, i know its early days for the activity, but im actually quite surprised that the average age is not higher here. Would have though the most active people here were the original mount and bladers. from 10 years ago, so would thing the average age would be 30-35.

Started playing Warband at 15, 9 years ago! I appreciated other aspects of the game back then than I do now, but you can start playing a M&B games quite young.

31, picked up warband somewhere after the launch. Played it ALOT. Though I only fully conquerd the map in mods. Never in native. Came close once but lost saves when pc died on me en HDD went corrupt  so no achievment for me.

I think especially with Mods there isn't really a set demographic for M&B. I can see why it would appeal to an older audience, but don't be surprised if most of us are cool 20 somethings with nothing better to do (like myself)
